Our academic curriculum includes Gemara (both b’iyun and bekiyus), Chumash, Halacha (both b’iyun and bekiyus), Mishnayos, Lashon Hatorah, Public Speaking, Math, Language Arts, History and Sciences. Our general studies curriculum follows the New York State board of Regents guidelines and our students can graduate with New York State Regent diplomas.
Parallel to our academic curriculum we have a four year Life Skills Curriculum, helping our students develop crucial skills including teamwork, problem solving, organization, goal setting, prioritizing, conflict resolution, time management, fiscal responsibility and ethics in both general society and the workplace.
The hallmark of Shaarei Arazim is our “Success Breeds Success” Elective Curriculum. We believe that any student, no matter how intellectually gifted, is a learning machine. It is a proven fact that providing students with experiential activities outside the classroom results in better performance in the classroom and in life in general.
