Please read the information bellow before submitting the application. You will need to have some paperwork ready to upload.
As you know, the cost to offer a quality and personalized learning program is considerable. Any scholarship and/or reduction in tuition, requires the Mesivta to increase its fundraising efforts. Therefore, tuition assistance is granted only for the current school year to qualified students whose parents are unable to meet the full cost of tuition. There are only a few scholarship funds that are available, based on the student’s place of residence and grade entry level, as well as financial need. The amount of the scholarship, if any, will be determined by the Tuition Committee.
The deadline for all forms to be received is June 30, 2022.
Submitting late, insufficient documentation, and/or non-completed forms will delay, and possibly prevent the Mesivta from giving you a scholarship. Additionally, scholarship opportunities are allocated the first week of August. Your prompt return of all required paperwork gives you the greatest possibility of tuition assistance.
THE MESIVTA ATTACHES THE HIGHEST PRIORITY TO ASSURING THE PRIVACY AND DIGNITY OF ITS PARENT BODY. ANY AND ALL INFORMATION WILL BE HANDLED WITH THE UTMOST SENSITIVITY, CONSIDERATION, AND CONFIDENTIALITY.
Please make sure to fill out the form completely. If any part is not applicable, please write “n/a” in the empty space.
IMPORTANT:
Tuition scholarships are only available for tuition, and can not be granted for any other costs associated with any fees.
For consideration for a tuition scholarship, the following documents need to be submitted:
- Signed and completed Tuition Scholarship Assistance Form
- Copy of the signed and completed IRS Tax Form 1040 (latest)
- Any other documentation substantiating scholarship request
The Tuition Committee reserves the right to request additional documentation as it sees fit.
